During this course, I will support you as you learn to:

  • Create a harmonious home filled with peace and cohesiveness

  • Prioritize self-care so you can help and care for others

  • Manage stress and overwhelm

  • Stop reacting and start leading from a place of love

A Holistic program that combines:

  • Coaching sessions plus

  • Yoga and Meditation sessions for YOU to bring your mind and body into balance so you can be the best of version of yourself for your children

  • enhance positive connections with your child.

    Attune to your child’s emotional and physiological cues, allowing you to connect and respond appropriately to their needs.

  • Release and clear negative energy.

    Carve out some space just for YOU. Use Yoga and Meditation as tools so you are less reactive when your child triggers you and you do not feel out of control.

  • Strengthen the resilience you need to thrive.

    Improve your ability to stay calm, and be patient and kind with yourself so you can help co-regulate your child from a peaceful and centered place.
